Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Securely
Place the unused lock in its original packaging, ensuring all keys, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
